PostSubject: Top Applications   Sun Jul 27, 2008 10:11 pm

1. (Freeware)Quicksilver
This application is a modified version of spotlight. It keeps the dock less congested.
2.(Freeware)MPEG Streamclip
This application helps when you have a camcorder and you need to import the file of the camcorder and use it in iMovie or program of choice. This application will let you export/save to your mac in various formats!
I find this application highly useful because I do allot of video with my son.I use a hdd camcorder, so I do not know the ins and outs of a regular camcorder.
3.(Freeware)Adium messenger
This application combines all of your messengers into one list.Allot easier to use than having different messenger clients sprawled out on your mac.

4. (Shareware)
Pixelmator
This application is for those who cant shell out for Adobe Photoshop CS3.It has all the features that CS3 has but it has a more intuitive GI (Graphic Interface).Cool application for entry level designers

5.(Shareware)
Stationary Pack
This gives over 1,000 different templates to use with your mail application that comes with your mac.Lets you put more than one picture in a very snazzy type of display.
6.(Shareware)
SuperDuper!
This is a better back up choice instead of using Apples Time Machine.
You can actually set where you would like your back ups stored (Via a network HDD)
It is precise and works flawless!

7.(Shareware)
Mailplane
This application is hands down one of the best external email program. It has a built in chat client for Google mail, which is spot on!

8.(Shareware)
Toast Titanim 9.02
The best program for saving your files/dvds/movies etc. This program will allow you to span a 7GB program over more than one disk and does not corrupt the file(If you do not or cannot afford a dual layer disk).
